When joining a language exchange there are a few things to consider to make the experience more beneficial and comfortable for everyone. Things we recommend doing include ensuring you have a strong internet connection, be in a quiet place, use earphones if you have them, turn off your telephone or put it on silent, focus on the conversation (not other tabs on your device), leave your camera on, give everyone an equal opportunity to speak, be open-minded and respect everyone’s cultures and opinions, don’t talk over people AND most importantly have fun!<\/p>\n
